Read in English ↓Özet: Uçan Şekiller çocuklar için bir şekil öğrenme oyunudur. Reklam yoktur, kişisel veri toplanmaz, hesap gerekmez. Üç harita ücretsizdir; diğer haritalar tek bir tek seferlik uygulama içi satın almayla açılır. Satın alma yalnızca ebeveyn alanında, yetişkinin geçebileceği bir sorunun arkasındadır ve ödeme tamamen Apple ya da Google tarafından alınır.
Topladığımız veriler
Hiçbir kişisel veri toplamıyoruz. Uygulama ad, e-posta, telefon, konum, fotoğraf ya da ses kaydı istemez; hesap açma veya giriş yoktur. Uygulamada analitik, çökme raporlama veya reklam SDK'sı yoktur.
Oyun ilerlemesi — tamamlanan bölümler, albümdeki şekiller, kazanılan hayvan arkadaşlar, seçilen balon ve ses/kumanda ayarları — yalnızca cihazın kendi depolamasında saklanır ve bize gönderilmez. Uygulamayı silmek bu kaydı da siler.
Uygulama içi satın almalar
Ek haritalar App Store (Apple) veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınır. Ödeme bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz; ödemeyi mağaza alır ve uygulamaya yalnızca hangi haritaların satın alındığını bildirir. Uygulama bu listeyi cihazda saklar ki internet yokken de satın alınan haritalar açık kalsın.
- Ana ekranda paketin fiyatı görünür, ancak satın alma yalnızca ebeveyn kapısından sonra yapılabilir; kapıyı geçmek için yazıyla verilen bir sayıya dokunmak gerekir.
- Satın almalar tek seferliktir; abonelik yoktur.
- iPhone'da "Satın Almayı Sor" ve Aile Paylaşımı desteklenir.
Android'de satın alma, Google'ın resmî Google Play Faturalandırma Kitaplığı ile yapılır. Bu Google bileşeni, ödemeyi işlemek ve hizmetin güvenilirliği için Google'ın kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında teşhis bilgileri gönderebilir. Bu bilgiler bize ulaşmaz.

İzinler
Uygulama kameraya, mikrofona, rehbere, fotoğraflara, dosyalara ya da konuma erişmez. Ebeveyn "eğerek kumanda" seçerse cihazın hareket sensörü (ivmeölçer) balonu yönlendirmek için anlık kullanılır, kaydedilmez. Android'de uygulama içi satın alma için mağazanın ödeme iznini (BILLING) taşır.
İnternet bağlantısı
Oyun çevrimdışı çalışır. İnternet yalnızca mağazayla konuşmak (fiyatları göstermek, satın almak, satın almaları geri yüklemek) için kullanılır.
Çocukların gizliliği
Uçan Şekiller çocuklara yöneliktir ve Apple'ın Çocuklar kategorisi ile Google Play Aileler politikasına uygun tasarlanmıştır: çocuktan hiçbir kişisel bilgi alınmaz, reklam ve davranışsal izleme yoktur, dış bağlantılar (bu sayfa dahil) ve satın almalar ebeveyn kapısının arkasındadır. ABD'deki COPPA ve AB'deki GDPR kapsamında işlenen bir çocuk verisi yoktur.
Veri paylaşımı
Hiçbir veri üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz ve satılmaz.

Balloon Explorer (Uçan Şekiller) — Privacy Policy

Summary: Balloon Explorer is a shape-learning game for young children. There are no ads, no personal data is collected and no account is needed. Three maps are free; the other maps unlock with a single one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are available only in the parent area, behind a question an adult can answer, and payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google.
Data we collect
We collect no personal data. The app never asks for a name, e-mail, phone number, location, photos or voice recordings; there is no sign-up or login. The app contains no analytics, crash-reporting or advertising SDK.
Game progress — completed levels, shapes in the album, animal friends earned, the selected balloon and audio/control settings — is stored only on the device and is never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it too.
In-app purchases
Extra maps are bought through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. We never see your payment details; the store takes the payment and only tells the app which maps were purchased. The app keeps that list on the device so purchased maps stay open offline.
- The home screen shows the bundle's price, but a purchase can only be made after a parental gate, which requires tapping a number written out in words.
- Purchases are one-time; there are no subscriptions.
- On iPhone, Ask to Buy and Family Sharing are supported.
On Android, purchases use Google's official Google Play Billing Library. This Google component may send diagnostic information to Google, under Google's own privacy policy, to process payments and keep the service reliable. This information never reaches us.

Permissions
The app does not access the camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files or location. If a parent selects tilt controls, the motion sensor (accelerometer) is used in the moment to steer the balloon and is never stored. On Android the app carries the store's billing permission (BILLING) required for in-app purchases.
Internet access
The game works offline. The internet is used only to talk to the store (showing prices, purchasing, restoring purchases).
Children's privacy
Balloon Explorer is directed at children and is designed to meet Apple's Kids Category and Google Play's Families policy requirements: no personal information is collected from the child, there is no advertising or behavioural tracking, and external links (including this page) and purchases are behind a parental gate. No children's data is processed under COPPA (US) or GDPR (EU).
Data sharing
No data is shared with third parties, and no data is sold.
Changes to this policy
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be published on this page and the "last updated" date above will be changed.
